When you submit a form, we store the contact details, order preferences, notes and artwork you provide so the business can review and respond to your request. Do not include payment card information or unnecessary sensitive information.

Artwork and access

Uploaded logos are stored privately and are accessible through the authorised admin dashboard. Submissions are not displayed publicly. Use artwork you are authorised to share for the proposed branding.

Contact and sharing

WhatsApp and email buttons prepare a message for you to review and send. Those services have their own privacy policies. An AI-enabled assistant uses the configured AI service to answer questions; please use the enquiry form for contact details and avoid sending sensitive information in chat questions.

Corrections and removal

Use the contact form and include your enquiry reference if you want to correct or request removal of submitted information. The team will verify the request. A hashed network identifier is used to limit repeated submissions and is stored with the enquiry. No advertising cookies are required by this site.
